Namely that Genshiken was to take an indefinite backseat, to allow a full fledged Kujian animation steamroll its way across the airwaves. We can only cross our fingers and hope for the best.

Synopsis: Second season of the creepy anime that aired last year. Hopefully they’ll take their time plotting out each episode. The soundtrack plays a big key in Jigoku Shoujo, it would be a shame if they rush development and half-ass the subtle details, those that make this show uniquely atmospheric.

Kanon seems interesting since KyoAni is doing the production. Galaxy Angel II (Watched the last 2 seasons but need to watch GA Season X) seems interesting too because it might contain the game storylines from the PS2 game. Anything else is just meh.

Well based on the trailer I am guessing Afro Samurai is going to air on Spike...

A little note on the Sumomomomo series, at least from the bit of manga I read it seems kinda like Ranma 1/2 x Normal Love Comedy - the action...

Well at least one group, AQS, has confirmed doing the Kanon 2006 anime... ><

I've never heard of AQS... o.o

And I'm pretty sure the Bishoujo groups'll jump it like crazy when it's out anyway. Shinsen, AnimeU, KnKF, etc...

Remake!
The character designs from the first season look nothing like Akamatsu's art (which is what I like most about this series). I didn't bother watching the first one.

Are you sure it's a remake and not a continuation?
