IDW Prime Member  Group: Advanced Members Posts: 644 Member No.: 4,046 Joined: Oct 30th 2004 Location: Update Profile | I'm struggling with the Gr. 3 Race at Lake Maggiore Circuit. The leader in the race's best lap time is ~2:00:00. I changed the gears and downforce on my Porsche and my fastest lap in the time trials was ~2:01:00. The fastest lap I saw on YouTube was ~1:55:00. I'm trying to reach at least 1:57:00 to catch the leader in five laps. I finally went back to the race from the time trials and it says that the only thing you can tune for the race is the brakes, so I'm back to square one. I can keep up with the first half of cars but I'm not fast enough to overtake anyone. I am also using a controller and automatic transmission. How can I improve my speed on the circuit without tuning my car? |
