Nostalgia city!

I remember I used to sometimes hang out here in these forums during my late teens/early twenties or something. I don't know why, but I had the urge to type in idforums.net to see if it's still around, and it is! I remembered my old username and password, miraculously.

Any OG dudes here? There used to be a very prolific forum poster who was a DJ, and many other cool cats.

Out of that list, Perry is probably the only one still around--and he's only really active in Discord rather than on the forums because he has a big life outside of the internet.

I'm old now, 33. Never got a cool '90s Jap sports car, though I did get some sportbikes. Did electrical engineering, then quit that for work as a programmer. I travel a lot, but still reside in cold ass Minnesota.

But judging by your registry date waaay back in 2003, that specific DJ you're probably referring to was Jayson! I wonder if he ever graduated from Full Sail Uni & played a set with Zabiela like he always wanted to?

Regarding Sideways and his sweet FD (congrats!), are there a lot of other forumers with ID style whips? It would be sweet to have a car meetup (which probably happened before)

I'm sure many of the old dudes who weren't around here in forever, like s15guy, will sometime in the future log in randomly like I have haha.

Where you at in MN? Looks from the history like you stopped posting a while before I joined so unless we've somehow ran into each other in person, this is hello.

Perry organized a couple sizable meets out in Cali that I wasn't able to make it to. A lot of the active guys do an annual meetup for Anime Expo out that way as well, which I'm hoping to make next year.
