Just letting you know that the R1 DVD is still messed up. Read the review: http://www.animeondvd.com/reviews2/alt_reviews/923.php By the way, i wonder if Tokyocrap's also going to get the live-action Initial D and call them "Tak" and re-edit? Chobits and everything else TokyoPop has is still produced as the original and as it was made. why target a great one? why not go target some shitty one no one likes???? why the hell target any manga/anime at all??? |

Man...this sux. Won't really be worth it to buy the japanese manga's since i can't read it... BTW: i wanna get the DVD's off ebay from HK, do ppl own these? are they good quality? are the subs decent? I mean, sometimes they take the japanese, sub it into chinese, then use the chinese subs to sub into english, so it gets changed and confused. Are the subs understandable? |

I've been a fan of Initial D for approximately 6 days (August 24). I literally just finished watching Stages 1, 2, Extra, and 3. I enjoyed every minute of it. I can say I'm addicted... But my question is: How many of you who dislike TokyoPop's edits will refuse to watch the Americanize version of the show? Maybe i'll start a poll on that if no one has already... Have fun...
