Shmuck Group: Members Posts: 4 Member No.: 54,129 Joined: Sep 9th 2024 Location: Update Profile	Hello everyone, I'm new here and long story short I bought a blank license card for arcade stage 8 because it is the only Initial D game here in the Philippines. I was wondering If does anyone know how the card should be put in the card-reader/dispenser so I can instruct the technicians in my arcade? Would be a great help!!

Also goes without saying the card reader needs to be enabled in the Test Menu.
