So the leather on my 300e is well hard in texture, but like a pillow.. even after 22 years old but my c280 which is 14 years old has a sportlike leather i guess? softer in texture, but its really stiff.. the question is if i use leather care products from meguiars is it just the texture that gets soft, and the leather that gets clean, or can i take care of the stiffness?

a leather cleaner just cleans the leather, i dont think it would moisturize leather thats already beyond the point of no return.

I guess you could try some leather conditioner or something. It can be sprayed on and wiped off, but they are also sold as wipes. Armor-All probably makes something like that, but obviously it's not going to turn back time and make old, beat-up leather look brand spanking new.

Still doesn't mean the OP shouldn't have searched anyway. Aren't the mods always emphasizing that we all search to see if a topic had been posted before posting a new one?
