| Hey guys, I've been trying to play Fallout 3 since Kiroshino gave me his copy a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to get it to boot. It will install, but every time the CD load menu comes up and I try to hit play, it'll go right back to the CD load menu. The developer published a how-to to get it to work right with Windows 8; I followed the instructions to a tee, but still, no dice. Can someone help? |

| What sort of video card do you have? I got my copy to work by tricking it into thinking I had a different card. |

| Look online. Its pathetically easy to trick the game through .ini file(s). Forgot the exact steps, but it took only a few minutes. |
