What up? I don't really have a lot to say about myself, but since everyone usually talks about the types of cars they like/own. I'll tell you about that.
My first car was a 1995 Jaguar XJ6. Don't be fooled by the fact it was a Jaguar, it was a real POS. Now I'm driving around in an E46 BMW, I'll put some pictures of that up when I can. But I'm hoping to replace it soon with a dream car of mine a Series I Jaguar XJ6, and maybe one day I'll be able to afford a SS100 to go along with it(or at least a kit car.)

You have expensive taste and it saddens me that you didn't at least once mention the Fiat 500 in your post. awesome.gif

Welcome to IDW.

Haha I love the little Fiat 500 but Lupin's Mercedes SSK supposedly fitted with a Ferrari V12 was way cooler happy.gif

Good god, why even mention the 500? Everything it can do, a Fiesta or Accent can do way better, and for way cheaper. Not to mention they're almost as played out as the Genesis Coupe.

But... you own a Genesis Coupe. Your car is played out? By who? You?! I've seriously never heard anything about the Coupe until you came back and announced that you had one. laugh2.gif

The 500 is a piece of crap. That, or it's just a waste of effort from Fiat here in the US, marketing-wise. It's a small "edgy" car in a market already oversaturated with little edgy cars. Why spend money on one, even an Abarth, when there are better tiny cars that could be bought for less money (and modified to be better than an Abarth for less total cost)?

I mean, look at the Mazda2. Phenomenal little thing, and it's cheaper than dirt.

Yeah, I think you have a minimum post requirement to reach before you can start posting up youtube videos. But it shouldn't be too hard to reach since you seem like a super chill guy. Stick around and you'll smash that post restriction really soon! Anyway, I can't believe there are other people who liked Lupin's Fiat too! I thought I was the only one for a second there. I love the Lupin III series, although there is so much to it! I'll leave this here in your honor my good sir. I hope to see you around, and I can't wait to see more pictures of your ride!

Shit, I do what I want. tongue.gif

Also, the Mazda2 (Mazda Demio) is not a Ford-related car. The Mazda DE platform was adopted for use on the Ford Focus, but started as a Mazda design. The ZJ-VE engine is exclusively Mazda, and was never used in any Ford vehicles.

If we were talking about the Mazda3 or 6, it'd be a different story. They're all Ford shit.

Oh, wait, Lupin drived a Fiat? I never knew! Then again, I never saw the anime. facepalm.gif

That explains Nomake Wan's suggestion... but wait, doesn't Lupin III predate the new 500? blink.gif

>he actually thinks the Fiat 500 is a new concept!

@Honda: Ever since I saw Castle of Cagliostro I loves that awesome little thing. smile.gif

New as of 2011. But if the show was from the 80's or '90's... it's not like the Beetle where they were still making new "old" 500's in Italy like they were Beetles in Mexico, were they?

Yeeeeah, where were you? It's been out longer than 2011 in other countries.

NEWS, MAN, NEWS.

The original fiat 500 came out in 1957.. and with just under 4 million of them made it's not that unlikely Lupin would have one in the 70's or 80's.

is this a thread that is supposed to be people from the great evergreen state? or like, what?

AND OP, your first car is still pretty cool, better than my 04 hyundai, that was taken from me by my step dad. Though his 04 Ford Explorer was taken from him. we basically switched due to a divorce and the law stating that he could NOT own a car in my moms name, nor could I own a car in his name. haha, paid 2000 for an 04 ford explorer with 37000mi that was RWD.
