Won't be the same show without Clarkson...the backlash is going to be horrible BBC might as well shutdown the show. I'm sure he'll be in another show. Who wouldn't want to hire him???

If you don't like Clarkson you don't like Top Gear in its best format and best localization. Period.

Clarkson is definitely being pretty mature about this whole "fracas", apparently he got stopped by journalists today and was telling him that the producer he struck is not at fault and to leave him alone.

While I haven't really cared for most of the later seasons, they still kept things entertaining for the most part. I'm struggling to imagine TG without Clarkson. All I can see is The Stig between May and Hammond sitting there cross-armed for an hour. blink.gif

I'll take Ferrara, Wood and Faust over Clarkson, May and Hammond any day of the week.

Worst post of the first half of the year.

They aren't going to do any more episodes of TG in current form. The language from May trends heavily towards all of them ending their contracts and doing something else as a trio on another network. They are certainly going to get snapped up for a hefty price by a competitor.

There's agreement, disagreement, and "grab my gun".

Might as well ask for it to be hosted by Dane Cook, Daniel Tosh, and Chris Hardwick. Fuck it.

......I'd watch it.

May: And now, the news!

*Camera goes to the Stig in Jeremy's seat*

Stig: ............................................

Hammond: Mmm, really? You know, I find that VERY interesting.

XD

But no. I think the time has come for them to step down anyway. I know my friend always thought the show would end with some tragedy; one of them dying. I'm glad that isn't the case.

I'd watch that, if only to see them drive off a cliff together.

That would entail destroying a car. I can't condone a car losing it's life for the sake of killing three hacks.

I don't listen to hip hop. Without the trio, it's not top gear. It's just another top gear USA that we can ridicule through comparison to t e fucking trio.

You mean vignetting? ...granted, dousing a Hilux in oil, vinegar and some spices with some slick camera work sounds like something I can get behind. laugh.gif

But in all seriousness, if you don't want nice cinematography, quality editing, good music choices and some Sahara-dry wit between three loveable twats, I don't think Top Gear's really the show for you. Don't get me wrong, I like Top Gear US and some web-shows as much as the next bloke, but they're a pale imitation of the juggernaut that is Top Gear after the reboot.
