I'm still looking for Florida locations. I think I remember reading that there was one in Tampa somewhere, but I'm not sure if it's still there. Thanks!

Sw40th Street and 92 Ave
It's in an arcade attached to bird bowl

You can still find Initial d machines in tampa lanes there but only Ver 3.
