the irony of this thread is i recently bought a ps3 and gt5p (though it was justified in another thread). to be honest, the G25, while amazing, isnt better ENOUGH for me to purchase. i have a DF (got for GT3) and DFP (got for GT4), and having pulled the DFP out again for gt5p, i'm more than satisfied with its performance as a wheel. i don't really care at all about the 6MT H-shifter since in a race i would always opt for paddles anyway. and i also don't care that much since i drive a 5MT for real every day; so its not like i need to get that urge out of my system or anything. maybe if it weren't 300$... because the only time i'll spend 300$ on a game preipheral is for this: pic 1 pic2

So rare that the moment I accidentally stumbled upon that MOMO racing wheel at some random shop I was browsing through, I immediately felt that it'll be my one single hope for returning to sim-racing. |

I have a DFP, but the G25 is still a different beast. You know, there's not only the clutch & the H-shifter, but the wheel also is even smoother when you countersteer. Instead of forcing it to countersteer, you let it go. There's also the wheel being bigger...
