I installed id8 on teknoperot and tried to use G27. Recognized, but very large steering deadzone. Even after adjusting the angle with the ash profiler, the dead zone remains. Any solution? (I am a foreigner and I use a translator, so the content of the text may be strange.)

One of the people there used a wheel rotation of 270 degrees, wheel restriction of 135, and wheel sensitivity of 55 to improve the deadzone.

For D8, the arcade uses 540 degrees rotation so something closer to that is ideal. Using 270 degrees in D8 will make it super sensitive and not recommended.

The Reddit link above is for D0, which arcade wheel is already 270 degrees (unlike D1-8's 540) so naturally setting 270 degrees on G27 would work well since the game is designed for that.

Also keep in mind cars at lower spec (below ExSpec) turn slowly and lose a lot of speed in D8.
