just played the demo briefly. i think the biggest disappointment was STILL the complete lack of damage. and the game feels dead, empty, and lifeless. its the same drab that GT has always had, and i dont know what it is about forza, but the cars, the sounds, and the environments all look and sound more alive. meh. i have no doubts that the final release will be a fantastic game, especially paired to a driving force pro or G25/G27, but iduno. i wasn't blown away by the demo at all.

Well the focus on the demo was supposed to be the physics engine, which would explain why the game is a paltry 240 MB (and compressed).

The physic is not so bad, but I still prefer Simbin physic with the wheel.

I don't see a huge difference between GT5 Academy demo & GT5 prologue.

The Dash look very blurred in comparison to Forza 3. The response of the wheel seem like to lag by 15ms more.(tiny detail)

EDIT**
Here my current time with both cars

Man... After seeing how smooth it looks with the wheel compared to my DS3.

My only complaint now is that I hope PD doesn't pull a "Initial D: Extreme Stage" and make the game handle like shit with the controller while it handles nicely with a wheel. Thus, forcing people to buy wheels.

I played the demo myself and I have to say it feels a lot more smoother (physics) than Prologue.

All I have to say is, I feel sad that I don't own a steering wheel for my ps3, coes playing it with a controller is hard since you've got no feel with the thing.

But I digress, just waiting until the full release. Then the war between Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo will go on, again...
