So here is your task.

You need to take the 02 NSX-R and do some hot laps on Laguna Seca. The winner will be chosen based on whoever has the best time.

Restrictions:

Car must be stock. Oil Changes are permitted but the only mod you hard permitted to are MED race tires. NO OTHER MODS MAY BE MADE!

Good luck and good motoring.

I beat Jeremy's time with a stock NSX once grin2.gif

I'll have a go with this later. We can turn off driving aids right?

Didn't Clarkson just keep the tires that came with the NSX and left it totally stock during the real life test ?

Racing mediums would make it way too easy.

Yeah but also more competitive...more grip= higher entry and exit speeds= more excited laps. Besides on the laps they most likely replaced the tires and were probably running R-compounds. Driving aids can be turned off.

Well, imo an NSX-R is boring on R3's. But okay, if it allows higher speeds then I cannot complain. Just aquired a stock NSX-R so I will be getting a time shortly.

VTiRoj / Honda NSX-R '02 / 310bhp / 1'33.027

R3's, no AID's and an oil change.

I just wanna say, with R3's the NSX-R barely oversteers, and thus loses that oversteery driving feel I fell in love with when I tuned one for the old BMI sad.gif its fast, but its not fun.
