So I am wondering as to what you guys would like to duke it out in. The edurance race is really nice and all, but that is like a real 24 hour race, slow... with a capital t for turtle. There are a few races I haven't quite seen done yet. Like a drag racing competition. Backwards competition, where you race, backwards. And anything else I haven't tried yet. Thoughts, ideas, all that good stuff, put it here. |

I'm actually occupied making several copies of my Berserker R, ranging based from the first R34, to the last R34. Of course, my biggest problem is the first two R34, they are hard to get in black, always red. I'm shocked that the 2001 model of the R34 (M-Spec model) had the second highest bhp in the skyline line. The V-spec II NUR lies top. |

I like that idea, specific challenges to improve your skill, and the prize for winning is a car (settings ) that needs this certain skill to be insanely fast I have a nice challenge idea... You take 3 tracks, all of varying type. So, speedy high speed ring, twisty Autumn Ring, and something in between. And attack them in a car. But, this car cannot change set up during the challenge, so this car has to handle, but at the same time bomb the straights like the nuke of Resident Evil 3 You try and get the best times for all 3 courses, and you add up the times. Person with the lowest time after adding up, wins. Plus small congrats to the fastest person in each track. Problem is that theres no way of marshalling the settings, unless we all go to someones house for a week or 2 to stay , so its based on trust

If you started this, I would join this immediately. I think though, if you're to do this, you'd have to keep the car stock and just tire change and oil change only. Either that or you can change the competition to suspension changes only, power changes/brake changes aren't allowed.

I tried doing that, but it was split into engine classes (Example, Straight-4, Straight-6, etc, etc.) However, I may be opening up a 4 and 6 cylinder competition, depending on how I think it is.

IDW Banned Member Group: Banned Posts: 2,975 Member No.: 14,568 Joined: Nov 24th 2005 Location: Varkaus, Finland | can your C12 churn out 900bhp+? oh, btw, I recently created a sweetly handling Impreza Coupe R. I'll put the setup into the MFT thread at GTP. I'll also update the Blackbird setup, I've managed to make it much more friendly. it still kills you if you make obvious mistakes, but not as easily and without warning as before. Maybe on that huge f'ing straight, but I reckon a NSX LM Road Car could beat it on the corners and end up with a faster laptime.
