Important Rules Information About Fifth Stage- Initial D Fifth Stage has been confirmed to air the first two episodes on November 9th, 2012, available through Animax’s PPV program (Perfect Choice TV)
- Fifth Stage will air two new episodes starting on the second Friday of every month. (i.e. Episode 1-2 starts airing on November 9th, Episode 3-4 will start airing on December 14th, Episode 5-6 will start airing on January 11th and so on.)
- There is no confirmation on the number of episodes in Fifth Stage yet.
- Initial D Fifth Stage DVD Vol.1 will be released on January 11th, 2013, which will contain Episode 1 & 2 and some behind-the-scenes footage and commentaries.
- The opening theme "Raise Up" will be performed by m.o.v.e (Official Site) and the ending theme "Flyleaf" will be performed by CLUTCHO (Official Site).

the first official fake 5th stage opening but the M.O.V.E music is really good. Someone knows the title of this song ? Oh, I see now. Dunno how I missed that. Yeah, obviously, we'd have to wait for Fifth Stage to end before seeing a complete boxset of all stages (if it happens). | ||

We were waiting so many years paticently on the return of Initial D. Seems the wait was worth it. Even such small news make me more excited. I hope this we also conclude in the return of SEB and many soundtracks etc. It was eurobeat that brought me to Initial D and I need both. | ||

We don't have any confirmation from Funimation that they've licensed Fifth Stage, so as of right now, it's not happening. | ||

I would really appreciate it if more people actually read this thread before asking these questions. No one is set to sub Fifth Stage. Either some third-party group will pick it up (I have no idea who) or if no one does, we have a team here at IDW that will be able to do it. | ||
