This is amazing. I am so downloading this once their server starts working again.

Wow...but I thought that you cant cross rails else the whole train will ...well spin out?But that drift really did it.

Oh man, the guy is following through on the full game.

AWESOME.

Aha-ha-ha. Amazing video and probably f**king is a game.

So I tried out the game and here's the lowdown on the gameplay:

- There's a character select screen but it only leads to the race in the video with Takumi and Keisuke. All the characters available have voice clips when you pick them (Shingo's is kind of long)

- You go forward by holding Z and brake by hitting X. N changes the camera and A and M drift left and right.

- The car indicators on the top of the screen change if you go around sharp or semi sharp turns:

Green car = okay
Yellow/orange shaking car = car is close to derailing, slow down if needed
Red car = car is off track, if it shakes violently on the HUD you will derail and lose speed
Light blue car = no idea

- Also if you go over switches or multi track drift with cars in red the train will jump the track and derail and/or uncouple.

- Derailing causes you to lose speed and the track jumping can too.

- You can make the story scenes go faster by hitting Z.

I like the game but they need to add more options, like a VS mode or a Legend of the Rails mode or something.

Uhmm...I would be very thankful if somebody could give me a link for this game.

The Youtube video has a link to download the demo in its description.

I'm guessing Nakazato's train is that black one and it's super fast and won't turn?

Every time I download that file though, it's broken. Does anyone else have that problem?

I just kept trying to download it until it wasn't corrupted or broken (if not all of the game's filesize is there then WinRAR or whatever unpacking program you use will say it's corrupt)

Also, yes, Nakazato's train is the black one. It has an RB26 engine in the doujinshi

I hope someone can scanlate the rest of the doujinshi manga because some weird stuff happens later on...(I read the raws)

So this game appears to be out, but I can't find it, someone knows where can I download it?

It doesn't come out until August 18th from what I heard.

I also have this problem I wonder if it's a problem of winrar..

So far, it seems like the game is out but no one has uploaded it to a torrent site or download site

Also Sappo, if you're using Firefox, keep the download window open and watch the progress bar carefully. If the download is less than 170 MB, clear it, delete the RAR and restart.

EDIT: I found out from someone that the game is bugged and the guy who made it is releasing a patch. Maybe the game's not on a download site since it is that way.

Sorry for the double post and thread necro, but...

Original soundtrack release.

Unfortunately the game itself is nowhere to be found on any download sites, and I kind of doubt this will too. I almost want to see if any places that import these kinds of things have this and the game in stock but those shipping costs....

Also the tracklist seems to imply there are more battles than just the 4 that are in the game...I bet one of them is Mako and Sayuki and the others are Seiji, Kyoichi, and Wataru?

A few tracks are not so bad at first impression, I would like to find at least the o.s.t. of this game

In the end they say trains are old and unpopular and they go buy cars and then start Inital D.... LOL!

There is apparently an update to the game that adds a few new trains. So I guess those new tracks on the OST were a sign of them being added. Unfortunately I still don't know of any downloads existing for the game or OST...

One of the scenarios has Bunta in a switcher engine racing against you (I'm assuming this is like Bunta Challenge in Arcade Stage), and the other one has Takumi driving his new train (presumably after the engine blows) against what appears to be Kyoichi's train (a 223 series with a musical horn) and the passengers in the train (including Natsuki and her friend ) are leaning in the train to shift its weight to help Takumi win...and the judge from G Gundam appears in a hollowed out train to start the race.
