What is oversteer?

Oversteer is a modification(mod) for the game rFactor, which is a racing game for PC(simulation). The mod is about drifting and is made by people who loves cars, drifting and video games. It has been done from the mod D1gp for Racer(with authorisation of course).
Oversteer is also an online community for anyone that enjoys drifting.

The mod is really young, about a few months now but a new version has been realeased in january, bringing us some nice stuff, like custom cockpits, sounds, better force feedback and stability for cars, and a bunch of new skins that looks really cool.

Oversteer also runs a virtual world drift championship, with different series inside for different timezones.

A new version is being done, with new cars like FC, Cefiro, and some other cars i can't say yet. Maybe we'll have some dedicated drift(and maybe touge) tracks created for the mod too.

I'm also planning to organise a Touge series with the car of this mod(we don't have any initial D track btw, but if there's any modeler that wishes to make some or has already made some for another game and would be ok to convert or give the authorisation to convert them, send me a PM).

I suggest you to try again, i've just tested and fully downloaded the mod from filefront at approximately 500Ko/s.
We can't afford a fast ftp so we have to use website as filefront, that may be slow sometime. If when you try again it's still no that, try again a bit later.

It is cheap once you consider just how many tracks and cars are available. It has everything from soapbox racers to formula one, and loooooads of circuits.
