I could see maybe .3 room for improvement, but God, it would be tough for any human to do it... need so much consistency. Props to Lord Racing for even coming that close... Its only .005 away, but thats still a long way to go.

I think he lost all his cards ages ago and so any record that is gone is gone forever >.< Oh now his Tsu OB Evo V has gone.. not that it's WR though... WTF is going on with Sega? The bad thing is that most of the cars are lost and so if records are gone then they will need to be run again. Watch Tsu OB... XD

MSK's record is still up there so it can't be a time based thing. Side note - I just noticed that they deleted the hacked Sho IBW record, anyone notice when they did that?

But anyway. If a valid record is posted on IR, I say it shouldn't be deleted. But hey. We do know that P'zO will get their records back/keep fighting to keep them.
