You know, if you're using XP, you really don't have that excuse. Just launch Firefox once and tell it to set itself as the default browser (or Start > Control Panel > Set Program Access and Defaults or something like that). | ||

If we're keeping this layout-based, shouldn't Maxthon and Avant be under Internet Explorer for using Trident, I mean especially if we're counting Mozilla suite as Firefox because of Gecko? I'd think we could get a better representation of who's using what if the options went more like: What's your preferred layout engine? Trident - Internet Explorer and variants Gecko - Mozilla, Firefox, and variants Presto - Opera and variants Other I don't suppose the poll should be changed this late in the game though. |

sil80 power Group: Advanced Members Posts: 912 Member No.: 16,922 Joined: Mar 28th 2006 Location: Stockton C.A | well i was using internet explorer but im having big problems with it... like after i browse for like 5 minutes it locks up and crahses (happened alot on my old comp too!) keep in mind this is a brand new xps 400... so i said screw it and decided to try out Opera internet instead.... apex carver was right...opera rocks! it has its own bit torrent and i find that really cool...(currently downloading initial D eps 1 -24 complete torrent) which means i dont need a seperate torrent handler its just awesome and the downloadable skins make opera really sexy yep im loving opera except though the downloads seem to go alot slower than i\e...can someone help?
