[SPOILER]Bunta said, Takumi is improving. Hint: Race Line. Bunta wants Takumi to understand/master racing line with different type of car. [/SPOILER] Keitsuke's FD has been fully restored/modified. [SPOILER]Mid range power is better, There will be a battle with the strongest challanger in Ibaraki , which have been set up by Ryotsuke.

Is it just me, or did Live-Evil just drop Initial D? I mean they went up to episode 15 but I haven't seen anything from them in ages. Anybody know what happened?

Yeah see the thing is that stupid ass Tokyopop just took over the rights to 4th stage which made it impossible for Live-Evil to sub unless they wanted to get in trouble.

^ Er... not exactly. Tokyopop almost bought the rights to 4th Stage, but didn't for some reason. LE-IDE have not dropped their Initial D 4th Stage project yet, the reason why eps 16 hasn't been released yet was because their original typesetter left, so they had to put a holt on the project until they've recuited a new typesetter (which they already did). Their new typesetter is currently working on eps 16 now.
Right now LE-IDE is at an anime convention atm, so don't expect a quick release for 17-18 aswell.
You guys have waited this long for eps 16, what's another few weeks gonna do?

the torrent for ep 18 doesn't work... not for me anyways. tells me it's got some bad file info...

17 and 18 are the best episodes from 4th stage imho.

It annoys me they're still going. I think that the arm and foot of god would make an excellent movie! Still can't wait to see what they're gonna do though.. animes never have too odd of a number for episodes, I think it has to go all the way to 26 now.

18 seemed to cap off stage 4. thats just my take. for people who havent watched yet, dont take my word for it.

I suspect there's more coming, but I'm not certain. I think this serialized pay-per-view thing will let them basically continue it until they run out of manga while still making what it costs to make it.

Awww, poor Kyoko. I don't speak Japanese, but I'm betting she just did what his ex did and tried to tell him to abandon racing, based on how pissed off he got right after. Smooth move, dumbass, you know what his passion for racing is like. You should have quit while you were ahead at "I just don't have time for a relationship right now, I'm trying to go into professional racing here." One more Initial D relationship destroyed by the stubbornness of one party and the stupid moves of the other. You know, Shigeno, there are other reasons why relationships end. When are you going to speak to my own bad experience with lovers and have one end because the girl goes batshit nuts and starts spiralling into some kind of manic depressive state where one night she's swinging a katana at you because you started whacking it again when she stopped putting out and the next she's crying into your shoulder begging you to love her forever?

Live-Evil lost the typesetter for the Initial D project due to personal issues. As I've said before, they just got a new typesetter, so the project is being restarted.

TokyoPop did not license Fourth Stage. Don't spread lies, they're counter-productive.

Don't ask for subs, though... it's baaaad.

And Dem, use the spoiler tag. That's what it's for.

The end of the 4th stage maybe, but you think it's the end of Initial D for good?
I hope/think there'll be another stage because of how popular it is.

They've never introduced, started a race, finished a race, started another race, and finished that one in two episodes unless they skipped it, don't count on it ending soon if they go ahead with the next race.
