Reconstructing for a new moderating team has finally come to an ending stage. I am sure you have been seeing lots of changes in the moderating team for the past 2 weeks. (i.e. - new moderators, de-mod, promotion ... etc.) As of now, we have 4 admins, 3 global moderators, and 15 moderators. Some of you said we don't need that many moderators. When in fact, we do. There are several factors why we need that many moderators for a relatively small-sized forums. 1.) Some moderators have their own personal lives to deal with outside of the forums. Taking that into consideration, not every moderator can be on the forums all the time. 2.) We have lots of newcomers signing up everyday. Most of them never read the rules before posting. Thus, creating more works for the moderators. (i.e. - moving topics around, merging for smiliar topics ... etc.) 3.) Last but not least, we need that many people to moderate and keep the integrity of the forums. I've noticed a lot of members don't take the warning system seriously. I guess some people just want to learn things the hard way. To those members, I want you to know that, more stricter rules will be enforced after the holidays season on these forums.

Moderated by Smiley_DC2. General Discussion will now be moderated by Smiley_DC2. He's a really helpful, informative, and kind moderator. I am sure all of you can get along with him with no problems.


Initial D Music

Moderated by Smiley_DC2. Smiley_DC2 also moderate the Music forums. He's also very knowledgeable when it comes to Initial D music and Eurobeats in general.


Initial D Arcade Stage

Moderated by AS Mods Team. The new addition to the AS Mods Team is xkhol.


Game - PlaySation

Moderated by Jasan. Jasan is very resourceful when it comes to gaming. If you want an answer about video game, you'll get it, but make sure you know what you are talking about.


Game - Miscellaneous

Moderated by Jasan. Also moderated by Jasan.


Gran Turismo 3 Competition

Moderated by Toshi. Toshi moderated the General Discussion previously. Really good at racing games, especially at the GT series.


Community Forums

Moderated by ragedfairy and Neurogirl. The only forums moderated by girls. ragedfairy is a very kind and nice moderator. I know some of you had some problems with her before, but she have changed quite a bit. So please don't make any other unnecessary comments toward her. Neurogirl is OG member, you should know her, if not, then you are probably new to the board and have something to catch up on.


Off-Topic Stuff

Moderated by Neurogirl and DC2Integra. DC2Integra is the new moderator to moderate the Off-Topic forums. He's a very responsible moderator. He will be doing his best at keeping spams and flames off that forums.


Artworks and Graphics
Moderated by Loyalty And Honor. Also known as Miz. Made very nice graphics and does a very good job at fulfilling people's signature / avatar requests. One of the most articulate moderators around here.


Anime and Manga
Moderated by Evolution. Evolution knows his anime and manga. You can go to him if you have any anime or manga related questions.



There are also some promotions inside the moderating team;

kamui and Takumi Trueno is the new addition to the Admin group. Dre (also known as Maniak Blakk) got promoted to Global Moderator from AS Mods Team moderator. eightsixdrifter9 also got promoted to Global Moderator from General Discussion moderator.



I've also added about 20 new emoticons and the Show All popup window will now have 2 columns of emoticons, easier to find the emoticon you want. On a last note, I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and wish everyone a very Happy New Year !!!

Alright! I think our new mod team will be great. I noticed a skin changing thing on the bottom of the page! New skin, new emotes, revised team. Looks good!
