Anyone here play DriveClub? I just bought the game after the Japan track pack was released, and I'd have to say I'm impressed. Initially I was going to pass after seeing all of the bad reviews, but the game is actually pretty good. I ended up buying a Thrustmaster T80 (Praying that they will add Logitech support in the future to PS4) last night, and can't wait to use a wheel on this game. I've heard that they were going to add a 1v1 mode, which hopefully is true because its touge galore in this game.

I've seen countless vids of this game in action and I am not impressed with it at all.

It looks a lot like "Forza Horizon if it had a bigger map".

I didn't say Forza wasn't fun, nor did I say Driveclub wasn't.

The Crew, on the other hand, had massive potential but looks INCREDIBLY boring. Big ass map? Enjoy huge spans with nothing to do, cities that are about as large as a thimble (L.A. is laughably small), and barely any player vs. player content aside from impromptu drag races. Fuuuuuuuck that.

And now I return to hammering nails into my dick. It's more fun.

...I feel somewhat odd asking this...but what the heck is with you and your dick and...smashing/hammering things?

Well I don't have a PS4 but it looks like fun...in the beta. Now though...meh, not interested.

You must be the only person in the world who isn't fascinated with Tessou's dick.

On a more topic-centric note, I do own a PS4, but do not own DriveClub for the aforementioned reasons. I've heard nothing but feedback about it being incredibly broken, and the videos didn't look like I'd get anything more than what I currently get out of FH2 on my One.

I winder what other racing games were terrible/broken after thinking they'd be great as hell.

No one say Blur, because that game was the fucking shit.

Well the reason it being broken was the reason I didn't buy it on release. They've released patches that have fixed the game , but you still have a server disconnect every once in a while (More fixes to come). The game is nothing like the Forza Horizon, its closer to Project Gotham Racing. I was iffy on pulling the trigger to buy it myself and talked a lot of shit to a friend for wastin his money on it, but he share played it with me, and I became hooked.

Yeah I mistook it for The Club, which is an open world racing game like Horizon, at first. It's definitely closer to PGR, which isn't a bad thing, but still doesn't pique my interest very much. When the playing field already has quality racing games in Gran Turismo and Forza, I don't see much reason to go outside that fence.

I feel you, but what I'm really anticipating is the release of Project Cars. Just sucks that PS4 doesn't support logitech wheels.
