Just the name Shoji Kawamori already says enough for me to make Eureka 7 a good series, but a great series I've yet to say. Most of Kawamori's works are always of high quality anyway. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shoji_Kawamori |

Like i said though the story is kinda childish in the way that they constantly talk about the stuff they skate on, like everyone in pokemon talk about pokemon. But its pretty badass if you can get past that part. |

The whole boarder aspect of the thing isn't exactly luring me... This post has been edited by MidnightViper88 on Apr 16 2006, 01:56 AM |

Most likely i'll see Eureka 7 all at once. |

I guess that's also what I find intersting about it, since surfing is something very unconventional for a mecha title (Something comparable to music and RahXephon)... But as the episodes go on, you pick up on the adult themes, and the humor does grow from that...I didn't think much of the series in terms of any interest when I first saw it, but it's growing on me...It sure beats my initial impression... Hook and bait |

Very cool. I cant wait till the next episode. Whoa. The same guy who designed the robots for Escaflowne did this? I KNEW IT! Cool. I was telling my brother that the robot reminded me of the Escaflowne robot and he was all like, "yeah, right!". I like how the robot tranforms, but imo, they shoulda shown the robot transforming slowly like the first time we see the mysterious Core Fighter in Gundam Wing get shot down and then tranforms into Wing Gundam - you know with some creepy music and the badguy characters going, "WTF?!?". |

Having watched only the firts 9 episodes, I can attest to it not being like Escaflowne, although I still do love the character designs, same guy who did the ones for Overman King Gainer! |
