4 volumes? This seems more like a regular series megamix to me, I really miss those. crying2.gif

That's a waste of discs, really. I mean, it wouldn't be a problem when there are 10 SEBs per per year. But since we have got bi-monthly releases, I don't see a point in releasing two non-stops a year. But that's probably why they didn't put songs from 232+ onto 235.
Anyway, there are 60 songs which can be remixed, 25 songs will be picked. The chance of a randomly picked song to appear is more than a third...

For a Best of year release yes. Had it been a regular series release then 4 volumes is more than enough. At the present time the few number of releases is disappointing, why not release a bunch of unreleased tracks like they did with A-Beat C in SEB 221-225? Heck they can even go throwback and release unavailable extended versions then maybe with all that they could go back to the monthly release schedule. rolleyes.gif

But which actual producer will do a sufficient amount of songs, to complete 10 compilations per year?

Well, I bet most them make at least 3~6 songs per release, send to the big A and they choose which one(s) will get featured - labels have worked with much shorter time before (and making even better works, at the time) - it's not an excuse.

With less releases this year Boom Boom Beat got more songs than some very active labels lol, Hi-Nrg Attack didn't have any female songs, such a pity, "Hey Chicken" was not featured on those 4 albums - neither was Norma Sheffield (that song was from 2014). All that + Disney and my only conclusion is: they made it based on parapara/club fanbase, since most these songs have choreographies and are constantly being played in Japan. It's a way to deal with their bad advertising and now I can see where this is going. If it'll be successful, good for them smile.gif

You think or know, how many who makes ? I guess you contacted with Hi-NRG Attack staff at least once in a lifetime? So don't you think, that they turn on computers once per 2 months, to make it before a premiere ?

It's all suspicion. I take it from the regularity of the labels' recent works (esp. out of SEB, when it exists).
Boom Boom Beat, for example, releases what? 3 songs at least??? All on Juno and later these are on Super Eurobeat. HRG probably makes twice as this? Like, they manage to get 2 songs on a volume and the "rejected" ones go straight to iTunes. Regarding the other labels, they might have the same constancy as 3B and HRG (or somewhere between) when we talk about amount of works. I didn't contact Hi-Nrg Attack about this kind of thing because it doesn't bother me a bit - they release songs out of SEB (and SEB songs too, after a while) so whatever tongue.gif Some producers might work once in 2 months or everyday? Who knows? Hahahahahahaha

Gab~ was up in the studio a couple of days ago, with Stefano & Ace behind the DAW as usual. Sure hoping sure hoping 237 will have a decent round of SCP trax~ ♪

More Rimonti's always a pleasure~ just gimme one good Hi-NRG song and I'm jelly for the next 6 months. That Tipsy & Tipsy How Can I Feel It is perpetually getting adorated by my 16-gig Nano~ ♫

Variety's always gewd & all, but I gotta fanboy over my fave stajio~s don't cha know~ awesome.gif
