So far iv done 3 body mods - wheels, hood and something else i think.. And i iv got 2 stage one upgrades... I looked at the stats and the Evo-III doesnt get above 10th place when i select course like akagi both ways, akina both ways, ironhazaka dh and tsubaka both ways and all wet and dry... the s2000 is ranked 2-3 in any senario... Should i change it? |

IDW Full Member Group: Members Posts: 30 Member No.: 25,442 Joined: Jul 22nd 2007 Location: Pg, Malaysia | Well i was referring to car brand. like which car is good on which map, but since u brought out FF, awd and FR, does it matter as well? ie..like AWD is good on iro ? |

It doesnt matter too much though, just pick a car you like and stick with it... The website displays TA scores, but dont confuse this with battle abilities... if u check it, evo IX's are one of the worst cars, yet they are very popular and win a lot of battles... So yeh, pick a car that you like, iv always picked the Gc8, FD and EvoIII and im sticking with them... As for the difference between FR, AWD and FF.. I think FR's drift more, as in the ass end slides out more... FF's (iv never experienced it in the game...) and AWD's tend to grip more while drifting, as in, the ass end doesnt drift out as much, unless u intentionally make it so it does... |

(the rev will 'jump' to about 5000rpm). - Have the car to go all the way to 7000rpm (the redline for the IX) in first gear, shifting to second gear will drop the rev to somewhere about 5000rpm. - Bring the revs to the redline, it will drop to 4000rpm when you upshift the car to 3rd gear. You can only delete (and replace) cars when you have 3 cars in your garage. Sly: Still OK, since engine/drivetrain gets the most priority in upgrades. |

Well simple, upshift at the redline thats all. And also every map you play, for instance akina when u ar at 4th gear your max speed is 142 or 144 cannot remember exactly, just try it out and if your speed goes below that max speed ,(during 5th gear) simply shift down.

How about you don't be a noob and stick with the EvoIII. You must've gotten it for a reason. Stick with it. Don't get an S2K just because it's ranked higher.
