It seems to occur when Bunta rides my back as well... Does grinding my trunk slow me down when battling Bunta? |

However, as soon as you get to pull away (or he passes you), your accel returns to normal. |

It is strange, because I did not notice this loss of acceleration in version 3. |

But if its a long term one its probably not worth it. For example, coming out of the last turn in Iro, if he's behind you by barely 10m, and he starts bumping you before crossing the bridge, there's quite a chance you will be slowed down enough for him to zip by you anyway. In Version 3, he does not make you lose speed (aside from slamming you into a wall, but all CPU cars do that). |

I'm working on Akagi 25star, and I'm curious if I should even attempt to block Bunta off the line. If I block him for a few seconds, I often do not reach 150 km/h by the first left corner. The end-of-course block makes sense though. |

Good Call. If you block Bunta on the First couple corners, you won't reach that 150 km/h. Just keep your line and take it. On Akagi though it is reasonable to just stick your line till the end. Good luck on that. In other words, your right. | ||
