You are offered any one of over 2000 titles for your car status, depending on what conditions you have met. It's possible for any car to earn any title (depending on your skills!), except for those that are tied to the specific car model or colour you chose. You can only keep ONE title, but you can decide if you want to keep your old title. If you happen to fulfill more than one condition, you are offered each title one by one.

The titles are only visible:
- on your card
- on the "Rival preview" screen that flashes on unattended cabinets
- the "Would you like to challenge?" battle option
- and when your kms are tallied after a race

Obviously they are visible when you are awarded a new title, and given the option to decide. They are not visible in the race at all (only the class/level and HP/Grip are seen)

*Battle Titles*

The Battle Titles seem to follow your total Outruns earned (shown as Stars), NOT total wins (eg. placing 2nd in a 4-player battle will earn 2 Outruns, but you still don't win).

Consistently flash lights - The Passing Guy
Consistently ram opponent(s), traffic, walls - Destroyer
10 consecutive wins (no continues) - The immortal winner
20 consecutive wins (no continues) - The greatest speed king
30 consecutive wins (no continues) - The Legendary Racer
Win race vs. opponent w/ 10+ consecutive wins - Winner stopper
Win race vs. opponent w/ 30+ consecutive wins - Winner Killer


Aura colours:

The aura is dependant on your position on the Battle grid:
- Cool/Wild depends on contact with walls and traffic
- Smooth/Rough depends on your contact with battle opponents

Even if you do not yet have an aura (>5000km mileage), the titles will be given according to your graph position. The graph position also determines which Star title you earn (see below)
Cool + Smooth - yellow
Cool + Rough - blue
Wild + Smooth - dark purple
Wild + Rough - red

Star Titles - given for every 10 stars earned:
- after 2000 stars, you LOSE a star for last-place finish (until hitting 2000 again)
- stars MAX OUT at 3999, but outruns rise forever (no limit reached yet..)
- you can re-earn a star title if you happen to hit the same milestone after losing a few stars

Apparently there was a time-released promotion between July 21 - August 31, 2005, where the "... Master" title will be randomly (and rarely) awarded to anyone who completes three stages consecutively. This rare chance increases if:
- accept vs. is ON
- a card is used (or newly purchased)
- the three stages are the first three in the cycle you currently are in

I went to c1 IB and retired at 8.6 in the night and I got nothing with my R34. Do I have to do this in driver view? I did this when I was in bird eyes view.

I dont know about the view but maybe you drove back too much , you probably drove to 8.5

alrite next time i'll drive up to 8.7 then turn back.

drive to around 8.4-8.5 then drive a really slowy till you get halfway through 8.6 or 8.7 then drive to 8.6 but make sure you dont drive more than 8.6

hmmm.. I think for that bikini reviewer title, there has to be either a place where there will be people swimming like if the course goes near a beach. I think that would probably be the only way to get it.

I'll look around at courses and see if there is something like that and then someone can try it out.

pls do tell how u can get it if u find it, it will fit perfectly with the card design i hav-reina in a bikini

well I have looked at a few maps, and as far as I can figure, it's at the southern end of new belt line near the turn around, or at the north end of new belt line near the turn around.

or at hakone, since I couldn't find a map of hakone...

Fend Off Mania - that is a true one, my friend got the title after losing a 4-way race wit him and 2 of our friends. he had jus got a 600 hp car and lik we were all 720-740 so i guess he was driving very carefully and got it out of coinsidence

i think i also saw that recently when the girl with new card lost a 3 way battle

On the New BElt Line Circuit... i THINK it's 12KM... after that at least... there's a building where it shows Reina and Rika and the girls in a swimsuit... in a big screen it shows picures of them in the swimsuits... haven't figured out exactly where you can get this title though... might wanna try it out...
