So, I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on battling people on Nagao and Tsu. If your behind and your opponent is taking the gutters slower than you what do you do? I really try not to hit them but I find my self messing up my tires taking a bad line and going to fast. What do you guys do in that position????

So he's in front of me, but he's significantly slower than me in the gutters? That seems to contradict logic. If he was ahead of me AND slower, then I'm guessing he's run out of boost.
In that case, it really wouldn't matter one way or another if I bump his rear and throw him off. Passing like that is totally fair game in a circuit race.

The gutter's only a slight extra. >w>

FTW. I do that on occasion, but it's only in certain scenarios that it works out well for the bumper, at least that's whats happened to me...

hi I was wondering how gutters are taken in general..for a newbie like myself, good control of the car is still minimal n the car'll scrape the walls if I gas..but if I don't,the car'll fall into the gutter..are there any tips for newbies regarding gutters,or shld we avoid it at all cost until we're more familiar?

Which gutter are you talking about? Different gutter, different methods of handling. Look at the ID5 video section for more info, it's quite hard to put into words ..

You can always tap the gas. Turn, gas, let go, gas, let go, and break when you need to.
