It's a below average time. A decent time would be something around 2'22 or 2'23. (A "good" time would be under 2'21)

What would be optimum time for Shomaru with 500K Altezza? My best time with it was mid 3'04'.

My best time on Shomaru so far was 3'01'XXX with FT Altezza. Not impressive I know but since the local arcade threw away the V3 cabs few years ago, I had no chance to improve until recently (which I found a new place that still have V3) but the cabs was English, and the FT Altezza was Japanese version.

Whoops, forgot to mention which direction, Its OBD.

Also what would be a decent time for Iro reverse with Altezza?

straight 3'00 on Tsuchisaka. I make better time VS the Evo 5,whatever route that is.

I get the feeling it's pretty average.

QUOTE (FD3SRX-7 @ Aug 24 2006, 06:10 AM)
For me my goal is to run a 3"10"XX with my mazda RX-7 on Irohazaka. Anyone got some hints on how to clear the 3rd section, that's my worst part. If I could only clear the jumps perfectly then I think I would be able to run a 3"10. My current time is a 3"11.

However, to add, is 3"11 a good time for an RX-7 on Irohazaka downhill?

Tst on the jumps but the first big jump just turn in
what?

haha coming outta the woods... wink2.gif

Nahh i'm such a massive noob....
Got nothing else better to do being stuck in China for a month (well 1 wk left now lolz) and found cheap ID4.

And comeonnn...... it has a blue evo9..... I must get the car that I is sitting at home waiting for me hahahaha

The only sadness I have from IDv3 is i never got into the 2'24 time for akagi uh dry crying2.gif
stupid 2'25'0xx...... yucky.gif

oh whoop got a bit off topic......lets turn it back on topic....
Excuseeee me Mr 'what?' prooo..... is that a good time?! Should i go learn my lines first instead of going TST crazy?
hahaha

And another on topic issue:
Yes listen to What.... Learn your lines, speed you can do on each turn (Since they are all different incase u didn't know)...... and most importantly stay off the wall as much as you can pleaseee.....
Check your wall hits and if its like above 50(random figure from my memory), please try again lolz (unless u do wall ride technique......)

I've hit 2'25 on Akagi but can't seem to get any better. My car is a Celica; should I keep trying or switch to a different car if I wanna get better? I'm not that committed, for reference.
