The colour/symbol meanings are as follows: Red: You hit the brakes Cyan: You were on the throttle Green: No throttle/brake X = You smacked the wall O = You dropped your tires into a gutter |

The speech bubble have only a few variations. 1 for slowness, 1 for hitting walls many times and 1 for being fast. On Myogi, This curve is always shown, since it is the only tough curve in the entire track. Well, looking at your line, you are braking too long. With certain cars, Myogi can be cleared without brakes at all, or alternatively you should've done 1 eraser. On Myogi, this is prettymuch the only curve which requires something other than just simply stepping on the gas and turning. Looking at your top speed (199KPH), You must've braked pretty often, and you don't need that. This post has been edited by Falbere on Feb 1 2015, 07:00 PM | ||

IDW Expert Member Group: Members Posts: 100 Member No.: 45,169 Joined: Jan 28th 2015 Location: United Kingdom | thanks for the information on the screenshot and driving technique... This is the only corner i'm braking on.... ive just started playing this so its no means the best run you will ever see. My method is to brake on the last yellow hatching then turn and when it lines up with the exit apply the gas. I have uploaded the video of my best time run currently as starting a website with my progress and times I've also not got all the cards for the game and using the standard RX-7 so not sure if this can change to improve. Thanks again. |

Yep. Scraching the wall slightly is actually faster than braking on Myogi. On the side note, I've just tried today, with the 2 stock RX-7 FDs, it is completely possible to turn without even hitting the wall once since the top speed is only 201KM/H. Just follow a O-I-O line. I can't understand a single word when I played the game the first time (except maybe the katakana). Because of the language barrier, one time I went to the wrong menu and accidentally sold my AE86 |
