That color is only available for Initial D.NET exclusive license cards, which you will get to select at, well, Initial D.NET, if you're one of the exclusive license card user |

| Need to have a card from Hong Kong or Taiwan region first before you can register for ID.net service. It's also not simply a card, it's a subscription service. Meaning you will have to "pay x amount to be subscribed for a y amount of time". Personally I think it's not worth it since its quite expensive (on top of whatever money you are going to spend at the arcade), but if you have the money to afford it and are willing to get access to features like exclusive colors, special avatar parts, teams and many other things then go for it. Other better informed users can probably tell you of the details if you are interested. |
