If I win, I just look at the screen.

If I beat a friend, I lolololol him.

I smile at him and tell him where to improve=)

hehe well for me if i lose i will try again but i will juz show a little smiley face to him if the idv4 mac is situated next to each other but those machines that r situated back to back i will like @!#%$&*o9 ... jkjk

if the other way round if i won n the guy would smile than i will smile bk to him if he were to ask me bout any idv4 questions i will surely try to help ...

if i loose i will play again to the person who are up to my skill,

if i still loose i will scratch my head,n play TA or go play KOF..

if i lose, i just try to rechallenge, but if ever i lose again, i go on with LOTS or TA and just acknowledge the person's skill... a loss is a loss, meaning i'm inferior in terms of skill compared to my opponent, i'll just learn from that and move on...

what do i do when i lose at in-store battle?
i dont usually lose lol...only once but i beat him the race before....i lost on his re challenge and cbf playing after that lol

If its a random dude, i always shake hands and say 'Good Game', win or lose.

However, when its someone who i know who shows off like a crazy guy saying he's top shit and shit when his TA times are his friends. I beat him and i just laugh in his face xD

Haha, at that time, my car and myself is still a noob... I still manage to keep a 5m distance from his car By the way, I am still not familiar to all courses, so I need to follow their way of lining

And suddenly developing one of you own... SIM 3... Not bad... XD

Wht i do if i lose a battle,i would smile and ask the person tht "where do u learn hw to play?" or "how long u play already?"..wekeke..if tht fella smile at me back like a friendly person,i will say to him "nice game tough" if th fella like lanci oni thn i battle him la..wekeke..nw play wangan oni..didnt play id tht much nw tough..

challenge him for a second match, if he still wins then I stop, if I win, another match again until its settled.

I shake hands whether I lose or win, as a friendly and sporty manner. But if he's a type of airheaded player who will look into your eyes as if he's telling you that youre a f--ng noob, then I just stand, and call back up from the pros

if i win, i shake hands. if i lose i still shake hands.

but if it's a arrogant player who tink he's fast, i'll jus keep my hands to myself.

lesson learnt wise, if e opponent is gd. i'll try to analyze my own mistake n take note which corner i'm slow in etc.

but if e opponent is below my level, i'll jus make sure my cornering speed is as close as my TA speeds.

Dude,this isn't the movie....there was one time..i let my opponent overtake me,and i lost badly...guest i'm not a good player...

So do you use these tactics on the first round, because racing like that where I play will just piss off everyone around you and make it so that no one will race you. Even if you feel like the person bested you with boost rechallenge him and force him to turn boost off.


As for me personally I always try to shake the persons hand.

If someone used dirty tactics on me, i will use it back on him and constantly challenge him/her on their crappest map so they are guaranteed a loss and make it unworthwhile for him/her. I usually play with a big stack of coins so i have all the time to piss them off.

well usually i'll stay behind him until the first hairpin to see whether i should use the boost advantage or just pass him and get away as much as possible.

so far, my battle technique is simple, stay behind until the very last key hairpin to overtake.

unless in iro. then i'll cry.

if hes "ridin dirty" (LOL i couldnt resist!) then im going to block and all that crazy stuff. normally i dont drive dirty though. unless its the computer

Wait for them to leave the arcade and drift over them. it penalty cancels the bit of pride you lost.

usually I shake hands. Just an act of courtsy.. although i have exceptions....
if lost to someone who plays DIRTY(wall grind and fishing) i dont even look at the person then either I challenge again or leave.. if a player is a blocker its fine.. everybody's a blocker hahahahahaha!!!

If I lost an in-store battle then, assuming that I think I had a chance of winning, I'll go for a rematch and you know people know the rest. Otherwise, I leave it alone and just do TA's.

On the after-battle stuff, I shake hands when they reach out for one or I recognize the player as a good one. Besides that, I just stare at the screen and wonder about how I did and check the time and my remaining cash or something.

thou i seldom battle.. but if i do, most likely i will play 2 to 3 more games jus to see if that particular person is only good in 1 map or good in several maps. but usually i will play boost on to make the game more interesting. boost off is quite boring nowaday. haha...

boost on give us more excitment in blocking till the end and knowing where to overtake. cos in this v4, it is much easier to cushion or rather "push" the leading car out and bang the wall... kills the fun of playing. haha..

Am i the only one here who feels tsukuba is the best place to battle? haha just wanna know what the majority of your favourite maps are
