So, the last BMI thing was a pretty good succes

so i thought, let's do another one, if anyone's interested that is

Cars are open, but i'd like to make a little more Hot Version style, and slap you with 3 classes

since this isn't a "Touge" run, we're naming it Circuit

so, the classes are Circuit 200, Circuit 300 and Circuit 500, you know what the numbers stand for wink2.gif

Tracks are Tsukuba Dry, and Laguna Seca

I need at least 3 competitors in each class to get this going, you ARE allowed to enter in multiple classes, also, multiple cars in 1 class is also allowed

No NOS, no Assists

Judges:

VTiRoj
WRX
Kurei

Entrants:

200:

-
-
-
-

300:

-
-
-
-

500

I was planning on holding one of these's myself, but since someone else is i can be a driver/judge as well

Edit* Just thought i'd say that im usually free most of the day, so i'd be able to test a bunch of cars in less time than some others

Also, Me and WRX both have DFP's, so we could get real technical with the testing, just as if it were the real BMI tests

What kilLed me the last time was the sheer amount of time it took making the movies.
First it was driving the car, 5-6 minutes.
Then replaying it while recording, followed by replaying it again, this time recording the voice separatly.
After that came combining the two audio streams with some editing to make sure the engine sound didn't go too much over the voice which often took a lot of testing as well.
In short, nearly 1 hour per car...

I am not going to do that again anytime soon, thats for sure.

Hmm, I'll be one of the most active entrants here... Though, will the tyre requirements be S3s as standard? I have a Tacoma ready to roll, and a league of Skylines ready to rumble... (DR30 to R34)

Ok, WRX and Kurei are the other two judges, yay for DFP's biggrin.gif

Sweeper, you sure you don't wanna enter?

outlaw, you can use any tire, as long as they're S tires

Cool, so how is this going to run Flex ?

Are we going to wait till we have all the entries, and then test them 1 by 1 ? (I think thats how BMI does it, or at least in one ep i saw they did)

Also, do you have YIM or some other type of messenger ?, that would make contact a little less hectic.

Hmm, I see. But do you do special mentions? I have a perfect R34, but has 600bhp, and runs on R2s. This car was basically inspired by Sweeper's R34. Others, I can do with S3s, without my "740bhp R32 Angel R Mark II", "750bhp R33 Avenger R Mark I", and " 911bhp R34 Berserker R Mark II".

Perhaps a Special Mention class can replace the 500? Every 500bhp car on S3's I've driven ended up understeering into a wall dry.gif

well i dont have aim, but i do have msn, so i guess i'll have to use that

Edit* and now their making things even harder, not only do i have to add this stupid .NET thing, but you have to as well if i want to add you as a contact

People have to stop fiddling with sturdy tech, just leave it alone if it works, for crying out loud...

Anyways, here's my new MSN, kurei_the_drifter@yahoo.com, the old hotmail one doesn't seem to work anymore

I know it has yahoo in it, but thats it, thats my new MSN, it works, dont blame me, blame microsoft.

Try sending a message to it or something, see if it works, cause it better

Yeah it works for MSN if you tie it up to a .NET passport thingy.
Maybe I'll do an entry for this one, I haven't decided yet, maybe I will drop a few cars for the 500 class although I'll run with 400 HP.

The 400 HP is an old rule from way back in the day, and is kinda unwritten wink2.gif

Tsukuba Full, in Fine weather

and Laguna Seca, that's it, two tracks, else it'd be a bit too big and stuff

No other questions?
