Maybe very early on. Never seen it that high myself. Right now, in our area on Craigslist, they're generally around $20-30k. Don't know how street legal they are though. And yeah, I imagine insurance rates are relatively high for these cars. Comes with the territory. | ||

RHD is a big issue, most insurance companies will refuse to provide coverage. Yes there are people with RHD's but insurance has become so hard to get, you better have years ( and I mean 10+ ) of loyalty, or be forced to insure it as a commercial vehicle ( I know it doesn't make any sense, but that's how it is ). Apart from that, there are quite a few companies that import cars for you locally, I would just go through one of them, the fees are certainly not exorbitant. | ||
