I will say this.

Although a FEED lip is used throughout (although in the manga, it is often shown with a rare OEM S5 lip) - the mirrors that are used technically do not exist. The closest thing to what are drawn in the anime are the RE-Amemiya type 2 for FC's

As far as his engine, it was stated that he "supposedly" made 360hp, and then de-tuned it to 260 hp.

utter bullshit, but for the sake of laughter I will say this. The turbo is not stock, or at least not completely. S5 turbo's won't make any power past 12 psi, and the most I have ever seen with dyno'd results out of a stock set-up was 218 whp.

It is not hard to get to 260 whp with some mods, an exhaust, intake, and such will help - but the turbo will need to be modifyed. Probably the best way for what I believe you would be looking for would be a BNR upgrade.

http://bnrsupercars.com/

He likes to change wheels a lot throughout the anime too - not very consistant... sometimes he has Watt's, sometimes, MS-01's, sometimes Volks, sometimes others... so it sup to you I suppose.

There is only one mazdaspeed wheel

user posted image

and If I took a guess, the best way to "replicate" his exhaust would be a apexi GT spec unit ( which btw, also rare but sounds great smile.gif )

Additionally, I don't recall if it was mentioned or not, but if ryosuke does drive an Infini III - you will be hard pressed to find any of the parts that came on that version of FC's ever. (seats, knee pads, passenger foot brace).

That's about all I can think of, but to be honest, i highly doubt anyone would ever truly try to replicate it, as anyone who is into FC's has no money to begin with just a lot of hope.

EDIT - Ok so I did remember there was a engine shot in the anime, and I found it here

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUDcxnkO2IE&feature=relmfu

@ 14:35

looking, it has a cusco strut tower bar, the Trust FMIC, and an aluminum radiator panel.

You would be one person who I know could actually pull it off.

Inifini's have different seats, strut bars, knee pads, ecu covers(a metal one - also know as a passenger foot rest?) as well as a 4.3 rear end.

R magic makes the aluminum radiator panel

any other questions please ask smile.gif

Or were you referring to replicating his latest FC with all new mods? I can make a list for you on that as well

Haha wow, Thanks a lot backalleyracer! i did a search but didn't get any good results. I am just looking to do some research for future reference. Preferably a Fourth Stage replica. It only shows up in the show maybe.. twice?

Look at the body only I can make a list here

He has a Re-Amemiyra front bumper, but not the famous FC2000 kit - oh noes, this is the orginal old school kit Amemiya-san made to remove the retractable headlights

user posted image

http://www.re-amemiya.co.jp/commodity/?pid=0dc911b7&scd=5153

However... as you look at it, it doesn't look just right now does it?

My best guess, the artist drew something up that looks cool - in reality, you can get pretty close, they did make "half bumpers" for FC's and matching these two up (and cutting an amemiya peice) you can get something nearly exactly like Ryosuke's

user posted image

This is a Shine auto peice.

Unlike Amemiya-san though, Ryosuke kept the factory rectangular headlights as opposed to switching to quad headlights (not sure why they are drawn this way, as the quad headlights look much better to me and serve the purpose of the headlights actually being useful

user posted image

The spoiler also is RE- Amemiya

user posted image

The sideskirts? Either R magic or Amemiya, and if he has a diffuser, that is an Amemiya piece as well

and oh yea, he probably has this too

that is also a half rear bumper.

EDIT - I forgot to add, his hood is by Border

And never shared one with me. I see how it is now backalleyracer! Its like we were never friends! Just kidding, if all is right with the world and I somehow get my hands on an FC, you'll be the first one I contact. Probably along with case and Yoshida Seiji.

TT, are you planning on Ryosuke's car now too? Whatever happened to Bunta's Impreza?

Very easy! go play initiald arcade A XX (the 7th gen) and put on the parts for the fc and you will know, because on the side it will show what the character of this car used in the comic/anime. I remember the wing and wing stands weren't RE-A

It was a custom stand with another wing

for the interior...its pretty easy to tell if look closely

Just making thoughts

but damn.... replica-ing all the main ID cars?! are you serious!! w00t2.gif

let me know when doing the red NSX one tho derp.gif

please.gif

There are enough carbon bonnets in this world. There's no need to go ramming your brand new car into JKaiba's GTR. Stick with the 4th Stage version. cool.gif

If you did the Fifth Stage version, it'd clash with your pre-crash FD. Best to have a chronologically-matching pair, so go with the pre-Fifth Stage version.

And by pair you mean trio, seeing as he's still got the 86.

Considering it's possible to have a complete pre-FD-crash Fourth Stage set if he does the FC as such, yeah, trio.

Ya I was just rewatching the episodes this morning. Some episodes from First, Third Stage and Fourth. I think the Fourth Stage version is the most modest and very stock looking. I might just go for that. Although I still like the Third Stage version a lot.
