But that's after lots of play with an EvoIV. I beat it with only 15 bucks of play w/o inspection, btw. Want a really easy way to do it? Get an RX-8. But make sure you know the shift points and get used to the understeer. So my answer: Cappucino. |

If you're in a Levin 86...at least third worst car in the entire game...you will not have any trouble until you get to Tsuchizaka. (Yes, I've seen this happen.) Myogi and Usui are flat-out jokes. The only opponents on Akagi or Happogahara that are even mildly challenging are K.T. and Touch, and only if you don't know the course or mess up shift points. Akina and Irohazaka just require sound driving skills and no dumb mistakes. Akina Snow is a snap in a 4WD or FF; little tricky in an FR, but again, it just takes a little patience. And everyone on Shomaru can be beaten if you try hard enough. It's Tsuchizaka, with the formidable Evo drivers and the blazingly fast Project D superstars (and don't underestimate Ryo, either) that'll make or break you. That said, a lot of cars can get the job done. The Evo 5 is the best, followed closely by the RX-8. The versatile GC8V and Skyline R32 are also good choices, and I don't see why the Cappuccino should have any trouble. |

mr2 is definitely bad news on tsuchi, can be a real pain on snow too. Guy in Evo V and Takumi were the major hangups when I did it. As far as beating LotS easily goes, gonna have to agree on the evo iii-v. Subarus are pretty good for it too. Basically any 4wd car can do it with relative ease, cept the evo vi, that thing is a total piece of shit. | ||
