That was the reason why I suggested everyone using the same car.

My unofficial lap time is currently 1:26.9xx;

The reason why this isn't really progressing as fast as the other challenges is because people need to commit to a car, and post it up. Secondly, fastest lap times doing unlimited laps doesn't really help progress it; Having a Family cup on said course with a set difficulty is a good way of doing a challenge. If you are really set on doing a time attack style, then do a set number of laps.

If only my PS2 hadn't been dead due to the laser mis-alignment (Stupid Slimline PS2), I'd be glad to even start up one challenge and cause a havoc in the GT4 threads ><;

But for now, I'll have to see what I can do to make my machine working again.

Here's what I think:

$15k cap. Includes car, oil changes, mods, tires, EVERYTHING.

There are normally 3 events per challenge, so first one could be a fastest lap on Deep Forest.

Any objections?

The one question I have, is how do we want to handle the following challenge choices? Decide on them all now, or as we go?

I have a slight objection

I got GT4 less than a Week ago, and I made around 16k.
Can I enter this with a $16k gap?
Its just 1 extra k of cash (the car I bought was under $15,200.
