Louise sounds too much like In Your Car. Same vocalist, similar melody (same key), same boredom that existed. What is up with HI NRG? Garcon failed to make an impact, and Hard To Say I’m Sorry is… just, no. I don’t approve of this mess. Bring back some Mad Cow, Bazooka Girl, and Nikita Jr. please. Nathalie’s track is better than Toy For Love in my opinion. I have high expectations for this track, more so than Live It Up!. Live It Up wasn’t necessarily bad at all, but it wasn’t a Heartbeat. This has the potential to be one. Aleky… WOW. This album is STRONG. Eternity was without a doubt, one of the most (if not the most popular) Eurobeat track of the 190’s, even being included in DDR. This track is still amazing. Aleky is a strong vocalist who doesn’t appear to be slowing down. Good ol’ Alessandra Chieregato Sanhas talent. The Snake’s track has hi-octane energy in it. I have a feeling that may be this album’s classic track (or one of them; the first three tracks on my list all have that potential). AAA/Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride, it’s a cover, but it’s a hella good one. Momo’s track is no Send Me An Angel, but it’s still decent. And Kate Project’s track as actually somewhat decent. I still prefer the Wildside version but maybe this’ll grow on me. It has some potential to do so. |

Big emphasis on those Momo and Aleky previews. Are the labels being stung by that Aishu bug or what.  Are Delta & Time(forgot their new name) off the series? |

HAWAIIAN ROLLER COASTER RIDE - 7 Good stuff. I like the intro a lot since it fades in the eurobeat stuff nicely. I have honestly not heard the original, but the energy levels and mood are pretty awesome. Also, it's too short. 2. FREEDOM RIDE - 5.5 Not bad, but I've heard better from The Snake. Good energy levels once again. I feel like this song will excite some, though. 3. IT'S LIKE A FIRE - 4 Well, the triplets right before the synth melody in the intro were creative/unexpected. I don't think I like Kaioh's voice enough. Not impressed. 4. SCREAMING OUT THE POWER - 4.5 Meh, never really got into any part of it. Pretty average. 5. ON THE TOP AGAIN - 6 I feel like I would like the chorus more if it was purely male or purely female. The mix makes it sound a little bit messy. 6. I'LL REMEMBER WHY I LOVE YOU - 4.5 Pretty much standard stuff here. 7. LOUDER AND FASTER - 5 He's definitely done better as well. 8. FLASH & LOVE - 7 Now we're talkin'. This is gonna be a hit for me for at least the next few months. 9. HARD TO SAY I'M SORRY - 3.5 Meh. Fairly boring/slow. 10. IN MY ARMS - 8 I love the voice here. Great, dramatic, powerful chorus. Also, the intro and general song use a very generic melody common to this genre, (e.g. Lia - All Around, Cherry - When I Close My Eyes) but I still like it a lot. Anyway, awesome voice that makes the song for me pretty much. 11. ME & YOU - 6.5 Well, one of my favorite artists of the genre is here. The dreamy atmosphere is created and then embellished by the trance-like synth melody, which I enjoyed. 12. LABYRINTH OF LOVE - 6.5 This is nice and pretty well-done. The thing is that it probably suffers in my mind from the fact that it follows up a great performance in Eternity. Maybe it'll grow on me in time. 13. BOY MEETS GIRL - 3 Haha, I like some Jpop but the melody doesn't impress here. I like the synth stuff, though. 14. MUSIC FOR THE PEOPLE - 3.5 Too incoherent/cluttered for my liking. Pretty bad. This is the best of the 200s for me so far. (201 and 202 are close behind) I rate pretty tough, but there were three great hits for me here.
