Thanks! I was wondering what my type was but I'm somewhat disappointed that it is a ground type.

Trapinch is a pretty popular since it evolves into Flygon. Plus all of the Friend Safari Pokemon have two random 31 IV stats. So every safari Pokemon is pretty valuable compared to their counterparts in the other areas of the region. Wish I had more time to play.. I've been too busy lately. |

Considering how successful the franchise is, I doubt it.

Sad thing is, I had to restart my game just before the patch was out, so I'm a bit behind it all. |

Hiretsuna rōjin Group: Advanced Members Posts: 6,779 Member No.: 16,670 Joined: Mar 16th 2006 Location: Montreal | just a small question to you all regarding the Pokemon design themes. are there too many created given they are now making ones designed by inanimate objects ie gears, candles and others im probably unaware of? I only have yellow and silver (silver data battery dead) though id still like and prefer to play silver for the 2 regions that are put in the game. id like to try the new ones but cant really bother to get the game systems that they are to be used with. theres one way id love for them to design a pkmn game. stop the pokemon list before they were forced to make candle/gear themed pokemon. that and put 3-4 regions (preferably all regions from blue to Y) onto the cartridge. I know that the cartidges are like floppy disks compared to xbox1/PS4 these days but I like more adventure to go between regions. traveling to Kanto and Johto to complete the game are the main reason why I like silver the best. Definitely better than Gen.5's, in my opinion. Plus there's always been inanimate objects as Pokemon. I think Gen.1 actually had the 2nd most inanimate object Pokemon out of all the generations. With Pokemon like Magnemite, Porygon, Voltorb, Grimer, Geodude.. etc etc This post has been edited by Phantom_R32 on Dec 24 2013, 03:24 PM |

good point there Phantom. I guess I tend to forget the fact that its the 1st gen to come out that may jump to inanimate objects from the get go. though from my point of view they were starting from a clean slate as they only had 151 on the list not the 700 there currently is. on clarifying note, I tend to tag inanimate objects more to manmade designs. Magnemite, Porygon Voltorb easily fit that bill. my only beef with that is the fact they're running out of nature based Pokemon be it a rock, plant or animal. they have painted themselves into a corner in a sense in trying to hit 999pkmn on the list. from my perspective I only see 7-10 that id consider man made origins. generation 6 isn't too bas as far a manmade objects go thought the previous generations have their own examples of manmade pkmn. I don't mind the new designs much at all though a few do get to me ie the candle, ice cream cones gear based ones. on the other hand they've expanded the Evee team and I do like Glaceon Leafeon, Zoroa and also Froslass
