凄かった、 ケンさん。 御前の日本語の授業は素晴らしくあった。これはねえ、このアニメを使うあて日本語を教えている、 この事は印象的だ。完璧なイデアだ。

また、ケンさんの親の中に誰も日本人ですか?
はい、 じゃあね。

You can correct me if I've made any mistakes up there. I'm still learning.

LOL, DJmisio will probably come in here and correct me too.

うわ! ほんとにありがとう! 優しすぎるよ! 凄くうれしい!

でも、親のことについて

ざんねんだけど、オレの家族には、日本語を話せる人がないだ。オレの日本語、総て自分で習ったんだ。

でもさ、心配しないでよ。
お前の日本語はけっこう上手じゃん!

Corrected for politeness and spelling and etc:
凄かった、ケンさん。君の日本語の授業は素晴らしかった。これはねぇ、この「アニメを使って日本語を教えている」事が印象的です。完璧なアイデアです。

それから、ケンさんの家族には日本人がいますか。
はい、それじゃあね。

I'll admit that starting out, Anime helped a lot... but I didn't actually learn the 'language' from it. Doing so haphazardly would cause a lot of confusion, since characters often use impolite speech, confused gender phrasing and antequated vocabulary. My method was to learn grammar (particle words and verb conjugation) from books, then use Anime and TV Dramas to fill in the blanks in vocabulary. Later, playing voiced bishoujo games helped improve my reading ability. That's just me, though.

Good luck! happy.gif

Yes! I fully agree! having a solid base of grammar is absolutely necessary in order to have what you learn from anime actually prove useful, I actually learned in a similar manner.

Thanks so much!

Also, I know its been quite a while, but I've finally got a new video out! Just in case anyone is still interested, or would like to lend me any advice, as always I greatly appreciate it all!

I'm taking Japanese this semester, and today was my first class (hiragana). I hope to learn something from your videos too, as it seems like a tough language... I'd be happy if anyone can recommend me the best sites to learn beginner's Japanese.....
