After I unlocked every avatar parts, it seems limited, so I'll get 27 more for the male and 26 more for the female when I have the chance. |

The only thing in there without a price tag is the new car package. |

More NEGATIVE than a black hole Group: ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 19,345 Member No.: 12,263 Joined: Sep 12th 2005 Location: Update Profile | My JP PSN yen card is coming in tomorrow. I'll see about posting some shots of the pay-DLC content ASAP. UPDATE: Okay, I got the card validated in the JP PSN, bought both character packs, and checked them out. First of all, here's how to access them once you buy them. When you buy them, the red bag will appear next to the items in the shop to confirm. Boot up IDES with the account you bought the items with and go to network mode. After accepting the agreement, you will get a message (it asks if you want to download extra content). Hit yes, and you'll get a short loading screen. Congratulations, your avatar parts are now added. Now, you can only manipulate these new parts in network mode. They are not added to the list of parts in your regular garage, so you must change these new parts around in the network mode garage. Go to the garage, and select the last option (downloadable items) to see the new parts pop up in a list. This menu works just like the My Character part of your regular garage, except there are no columns to separate the pieces by type. Here's the rundown of what the male characters get: 3 Face Structure parts (3 variations of a semi-fat face, looks like Itsuki's build) 8 Shirts (2 dress shirts, 2 stylized dress shirts, 4 tanktops) 2 Eyes (large and wide-eyed) 3 Expressions (2 sneering, one wide mouth, and these also change your nose) 1 Necklace (looks like a small bell) 1 Pair of Glasses (Tinted yellow) 9 Hair/Hat Pieces (4 colors of short-spiky, and 5 knit caps) Here's some pictures of what they look like. I didn't snap pics of all of them, but I will take requests if anybody is interested in how the other variations look. Dress Shirt (comes in pink and blue) Stylish Dress Shirt (comes in yellow and olive) Tank Top (comes in yellow, blue, black...) ...and Wifebeater Wide Eyes Sneering Face (all three of the new expressions look pretty crappy) Tinted Glasses (kind of hard to see the difference with the lighting, but they're yellow) Short Spiked Hair (comes in blue, brown, black, and gold) Knit Cap variation 1 (comes in green and beige) Knit Cap variation 2 (comes in red, blue, and light brown) This post has been edited by Tessō on Aug 14 2008, 09:07 AM |

Thanks for the picture update man. I've been curious as to what some of the new avatar parts looked like. I think I might have to get me one of the Japanese PSN cards, not only for ID add-ons, but other things in the Japan store as well. | ||

Shmuck Group: Members Posts: 1 Member No.: 30,970 Joined: Oct 27th 2008 Location: Update Profile | hey i've made my japanese psn account but when i tried to log in it just takes ages to load and comes up with a message saying that the connection to the playstation network timed out... this does not happen with my UK account or the other two UK accounts on my ps3. Is it just a connection problem? if so how can i improve connection, i've already tried opening the following ports: TCP:80,443,5223 & 10070-10080 and also UDP:3478, 3479, 3658, 10070-10070 & 5010. These ports i have forwarded are the ones i have told that are needed for ps3 games online in general which have worked fine (e.g. COD4, Fifa08) and i have also added a few that someone said i needed for japan version of extreme stage (when it arrives). The problem is i cant even connect to the online account for my japanese psn so i am afraid that i wont be able to access the network mode of extreme stage as well as unlocking new content from the japanese online store. Any suggestions would be great in helping me getting connected! Thanks! p.s. i'm pretty sure i havent made any mistakes when creating the account and that is not the problem here. |

IDW Regular Member Group: Members Posts: 238 Member No.: 31,343 Joined: Dec 14th 2008 Location: Update Profile | Connect via broadband lol. Goto the JP PSN Store, in 3rd or 4th lefthand menu find ID by its title (its towards the end of the righthand side games), get the 3rd content. Once it has shopping bag, exit, goto the game, make a new file and go online. It will ask to patch, do it. Go to garage and check for new cars. Now once they're present, go back to your main User/PSN account, load the game/save and choose new cars! |
