so I just recently got a ticket for my tints, which read 28 oh the officers tint reader.

the ticket is not one of those "fix it" tickets, so there is nothing to fill out.

I am wondering if I can write it off to the court that I had the tints off, to take this chance which means I would have to plea not guilty, and hopefully they don't call me in for proof that they're off.

option 2 would be to plea guilty and just pay the fine.

which option should I take?

Always take tint tickets to court.

A good way to handle it is to have a couple photos (from different seasons) of the car without tint. Use them as evidence of the fix and they'll drop it right away.
