I have been playing Initial D for a long time starting with version 2. A few years ago version 2 was removed, however a few months ago a local arcade opened up with version 3. I chose the FD3S Type R as my car to use with tuning option A.

I just got to my car inspection and chose Option C (Re Amemiya).

My question is, now that I have chosen a different tuning option, will I have lost my twin turbo charger from option A?

[I apologize if I broke any forum rules by asking this or if there has already been a thread for this, I am new to this forum]

It depends. If he hit renew BEFORE he got to an option on his previous tuning option, then yes he lost his chance to get the tuning option. However, it seems that he got it before he swapped, which means he keeps it.

@TSAB- Yeah i'm an FD driver lol

@PandaApex- I had completed the basic tuning from option A quite a while before I had to renew my card. When I renewed it I had about 420k points on it. So since I had the twin turbo already, it didn't take it away from my FD right?

I have a noob question. I apologize that I'm asking it as well. But in terms of having the Twin Turbo and the Single Large Turbo. What are the advantages and disadvantages between the two?

note: I BT'd Option B
