Diana, princess of the Amazons, was raised on a sheltered island and trained to be an unconquerable fighter. After an American pilot (Steve Trevor) crashes on the island and tells her about a world war that is happening, Diana leaves her home to try to stop the war

Like how they're sticking to her origin's from the first comics (at least from what I read up on, was never a hardcore WW fan) Action looks solid, though i'm sure it'll be a feminist movement movie just like they tried to do with Ghostbusters (Man, so many bomb reviews about it)

Gal Gadot is hot, i'll let her lasso me up. derp.gif

Yep, it'll be impossible to critique without being labeled a sexist, misogynist pig.

Going by that trailer it could be quite good, although it reminds me how I wish there were more movies that take place during The Great War. I really like the theme music they've got setup for WW as well.

im very suspicious of any superhero movie which has zack snyder on the bill. im not a fan of his movie style. than again DC movies havent been doing well either.

DC hasn't made a decent movie based on their properties since TDK in 2008.

I don't know why they keep relying on Snyder when he's putting out badly revie- OH WAIT revenue means more than reviews. BvS made $166M opening weekend. Even with staggering box office drops in the second week onward, it easily recouped production costs. Therefore, it was profitable despite being terrible. The movie industry is a business. Quality means nothing when complete fucking idiots will keep buying tickets for a bad company's product.

yeah, money beats out quality many times. i did see his first superman movie but it was terribly disappointing. ever since his fragile city was destroyed ive boycotted his films.

i really liked the 2006 superman film (not done by snyder) and it was much better than the shit snyder pukes out.

marvel is doing better in the movies lately. they arent perfect but are better than DC.

I remember reading an article around a month or so ago in which they focus on the poor reviews of Snyder's DC Films and how DC/Warner Bros. don't care if the movies suck as long as they make money, pretty sad if you ask me.

I don't really like the new movies, what about you?
