Well then, since the Straight-4 challenge has been very much ousted. Here I go opening another challenge!

Here are the rules...

-Only cars that have Straight-6 (Or Inline-6 in some places) are allowed

-Power is limited to 600bhp

-Aids are allowed, but Nitrous is disallowed.

-Usage of wings is allowed.

-Minimum weight of the cars are 1300kg

-Should the cars end up weighing less than 1300kg, the usage of ballast is allowed, but with a small penalty of +5kg. (Meaning 1305kg is the minimum if you use ballast)

-The chart will be separated into two classes; R(Racing)-Tyre class (Only R2 and R1s allowed), S(Sport)-Tyre class(S3 and S2 allowed)

-Tolerance HP limit is +5bhp

-Only Normal cars are allowed. No tuners of any kind or race cars are allowed.

-Try to give a picture of your time should you end up topping the chart...

Looks like I'll be joining in, but as a special mention, meaning it does not count into the challenge. Now, where's Hamster(Sweeper) and his R34? I'll be in my 598bhp worn out (Formerly known as Berserker R) R34 Nur V-Spec II

Well time to enter my GT-R with its 1305 Kg weight into the S3 class, although it isn't as fast due to the uphill and lack of power packing only 350 HP I still think I did fairly well.

Sweeper / Nissan Skyline GT-R V-spec II '00 / 350BHP / S3 / 1305kg / 1'40.787

I still think that my 420 HP machine can deliver more grunt and at least 2 seconds lower time than this Vspec model though as it doesn't understeer as much.
But currently I am driving the Vspec and I got to stick with it.

I decided for the fun of it to roll out my contestant to my current primary car that I had a while back.
I set up two cars and went for a test drive to find out which was one the best to drive, what the 350 HP winner of that contest could do, you have already seen.
Now here is the competitor, the Traction Monster SE as it was named.

Sweeper / Nissan Skyline GT-R '00/407hp/S3/1305kg/1'38.598

I can probably do better with it, I think I can take it into the 1.37's but that will have to wait until I get the damn sun out of my computer monitor so I can see the corners properly wink2.gif
