QUOTE (GC8Vdrifter @ Aug 15 2006, 03:07 PM)
I know that Ace Project is well represented in IDAS, and now WMMT, but would you accept members that use their skills abroad in let's say Special Stage?

Or is Ace Project still solely focused on achieving goals only for IDAS/WMMT?

I'm confused?
Who on Ace plays WMMT2?

Well, I suppose I assumed wrong. Seeing as how I rarely see any videos edited by yourself anymore, I thought members like you had moved on as well as those members whom had taken their place on the inactive list on your website had moved on to it as well, or just quit arcade gaming as a whole.

Guys just to let you know (and to keep the thread interesting)

I retired...

for a few hours.

After talking to drunk Tomo this morning I'm back and will be whoring unlimited free play days until my local machines are fixed, but that's okay since no one else plays at the unlimited play place. I have one last day to make a final crazy push before going back to school, and I'll be going for Iro, Happo, and Tsuchisaka crazy.

Also, I saved that humorous conversation. Lots of trash-talking and hahaha's.

XD

^ The fastest Akina time according to our old website is 2'56"9.

But... not all of us play Akina. Akina's actually my weakest course. XD

I think out of our active members, we all have atleast 2'59 with the AE86. Generally speaking, having a 2'59 would be ideal, although if you have a different strong course, let us know.

I would expect these kinda times to even think about accepting you(all assuming a home course car)

Usui - 2'47
Akagi - 2'22
Akina - 2'59
Iro - 2'59
Shomaru - 2'59
Happo - 2'22(either way)
Tsu - 2'41

But if you barely had those times, I would have to be really impressed with your charisma or potential or something

So the machines at my local arcade... are okay. It's weird sh*t, but I figured out that smooth turning defeats the effect of the deadzone. So I'll make all my cars have stiffer steering and see what happens then.

I guess this means I'm not entirely retired from Ver3.

I never knew that those were the benchmark times for acceptance into the team.

The only one I'm missing... is Usui. XD

Though I do have 48"4 with the GC8V... tongue.gif

whats up website?

Neither do I crying2.gif

Actually, I just noticed none of my times are really even that great XD Tryin to figure out WTF I improved over this summer, all of my fastest times are still from like a year ago.

My best times -
Usui CCW - 2'48'4 - 500K S13 done in June 05
CW - 2'48'0 - 500K S13 done in June 05

Akagi DH - 2'21'7 - FT RX-8 done in Nov 05
UH - 2'27'7 - 200K Evo 3 done in July 06

Akina - 2'59'3 - FT 86(some random kids car) done in June 05
UH - 3'10'9 - FT GDB done in Aug 06

Iro DH- 3'00'5 - FT MR2 done in July 06
Rev - uhhh... I think I have like 3'12 in a S14Q lol

Happo IB - 2'22'4 - FT MR2 done in Aug 05
Happo OB - 2'22'9 - 40K EK9 Oct 05

Sho OB - 2'57'5 - FT RX8 don in Nov 05
Sho IB - 2'57'7 - FT RX8 in Aug 06

Tsu OB - 2'40'8 - FT RX8 in March 2005
IB - 2'40'4 - FT RX8 in Aug 05

So like... out of all my times, only 4(3 really, the Akina UH was 1 run in between Sho IB runs) were improved upon this year lol I think its because I either played alot of wet aswell(did play Sho wet, Akagi wet, Usui wet, an Akina wet a bit), or I didn't play as much.

Oh ya, I promise I will update the website tonight as long as I have nothing else to do whistling.gif

Hm... since we're on the subject of times. I'll post my proudest times... not exactly my fastest, but the ones I think are worth posting.

Usui CCWD 2'48"4 GC8V Spring 06
Usui CWD 2'49"5 GC8V June 06 - couple tries only tongue.gif

Akagi DHD 2'22"458 Capp July 06
Akagi UHD 2'27"977 ST205 July 06

Akina DHD 2'59"666 AE86M July 06

Iro DHD 2'58"278 CN9A Sept 06
Iro Rev 3'07'6 CN9A June 06

(Snow times suck... tongue.gif)

Happo OBD 2'20"8 EK9 Aug 06
Happo OBW 2'23"7 RX-8 Aug 06
Happo IBD 2'21"965 EG6 Aug 06 - it sucks... but I love Happo

Shom OBD 2'58"5 RX-8 Spring 06

Tsu OBD 2'40"5 RX-8 July 06
Tsu IBD 2'41"344 CN9A July 06

Haha... I'm not that fast, but I haven't been playing as long as some people. wink2.gif

Hahah

Sadly I didn't save the second conversation/encounter with drunktomo. There was another interesting quote that I'll have to remind you of later. XD

Oh yeah, someone I know just bought modding stuff and IDSS. I won't tell who it is... but their name rhymes with "postal six".

Allright, for rizzle... new design is coming down for the time being until I finish it, until then I'm just gonna upload the geocities design, updated of course.

To do this... I need you guys to check the rankings. If you have a faster time then the one listed, post it here(MUST HAVE AN IR LINK!!! I'm really trying to stay away from unofficial times!!).

I will be adding Coastal and Tomo to the roster. Tomo - if I could have you write up a quick bio like mine or macs, that would be great, just keep it simple.

Videos will be uploaded to the site, no more yousendit links! I am re editing some of Macs to get rid of Emo Pandas and such as well. Tomo - is it OK if I just toss the AP logo on some of yours? If it isn't, I'll upload as is.

If you can think of any other cool ideas, fill me in! Post it here, or get a hold of me via MSN/AIM/IRC, w/e. I'm also gonna try to look for some forums, if anyone knows of any good ones, I'd be appreciative if you told me(or even set it up yourself).

By the way - the oldsite is www.geocities.com/acepr0ject

write my profile for me la you know how i do smile.gif Besides, it's weird writing about yourself. "Hi, I'm Tomo. I like driving my rx-8. It's currently N-tune, but I hope to have my crank pulley and exhaust installed in the next few days. I also like initial D." hahahahahahahaha... as for times i have a few beat only 2 posted on IR tho that is happo IB obviously and iro dhw for ones on IR posted as of now, hopefully I get to play tomorrow so I can get a bunch more times off cards that I just never posted so there isn't any dispute =_=
