Wall touch is also used for the cappo on Myogi since you want your speed to be 206 for the corner and normally going into it you are going about 212-214.

You won't be going that fast unless it's boost on and you're behind though. Cappu top speed is 208.

And don't you think it's a bit late to chime in on a discussion that occurred last year?

also, you wont necessarily slow down on the turn with the capp depending on how hard you hit it. ive gotten out of it at 208 before.

you dont go into the turn that fast and you are also not even touching the wall
you are grinding for the wall to slow you down.. not just touch the wall.. touch is instantaneous.. grind is continuous

Question...I keep getting rammed into the sidewall by an Evo3 player. Could I know what this is, and it's mechanics? It seems to not work for me, so thought id ask.

Simply, what he does is just slow you down (a very dirty move IMO). Being rammed into the sidewall is not good because your speed will decrease and the acceleration will lag.

It might keep you off the walls. . pinch2.gif

Then again it'll also sink you to his level of dirty play.

Well...apparently an Evo3 has a better startup, so I cant get the jump on HIM and overtake.

On another topic, I recently found out and started abusing Eraser on like, every turn I have to let off gas. On IRO however, I dont seem to be finding its full effect.
Im betting im doing it too LATE. I just noticed I dont get off the accelerator until 10 meters before the turn.

W/M turn- the turn that looks like an M

Plus keep your average speed above 100 kph (or higher) as often as possible. Obviously go below it on tight corners.
