omg RC7 great chpatars MOAR! hope THX gets the block broken

It's not writer's block. I had talked to RC7 about it earlier. Anyone can come up with an idea. ANYONE. It takes someone with dedication to bring it to life. I've done a decent amount of writing here for RC7's idea, and I think it's time for him to take over the reigns and finish this solo. I know he'll do great, and I'm looking forward to the final battle. It's going to be good.

but i will proudly take the reigns and bring this story and ending that it deserves, THX it has been nothing but a pleasure to work with you, i'm fortunate to have met someone as talented as you to help me bring this story to live. Now thanks to your inspiration and help, i can continue this story with as much life as it had when we first started it.

ok, well i said there would be an update soon, but then my mom flipped the switch and decided we need to go out of town for a 4 day vacation. lol

so, we got home today, and i have to unpack and stuff, then tomorrow i register for my senior of school, and then wednesday i pick the FC up from the shop.

so i'll try and work an update somehwere in there.

well folks i have some bad news...

i finally got my car back from the paint and body shop and was so proud of it.
pear white from the RX8. i figured i would fall back into the groove of things with school starting back up again. so i figured i would just take this first week to get back on schedule and get the feel for my classes.

well all was well until the past saturday when i wrecked my poor FC again into a concrete wall, at 70mph on the interstate, i managed to spin the car's nose away from the carnage and save the motor in turn for slamming the rear into the wall.

i'm looking at pretty big chunk of repair cost (new muffler, new tail light, and new rear bumper for starters, hopefully no suspension damage)...and i've pretty much lost motivation for now anyway, for writing those next few epic chapters i had planned out...

i'm deeply sorry, but with my car heading BACK to the shop, and major whiplash, and school being back in, i don't think i'm going to be able to deliver another chapter for a little while...

i'm deeply sorry, and i hope you understand. i WILL be back...and so will the FC.....eventually

Wow... um, how? It's not too bad, is it?

That's why I'm afraid to get my car painted, even though it badly needs it.

i had crappy economy grade tires on the rear that didnt even match (or grip the road hardly at all) just to play and drift on, and get me around for awhile, well i lost controll of it on an off ramp while the road was still a little damp, but managed to spin a 180 to save the engine, and as far as the FC goes...well the repairs for the body alone are gonna be 1500. not including the rear bumper and tail light i'm getting for cheap... then it looks like i'm gonna have to buy new wheels and tires, cuz one of my rims seems to be either really bent or the suspension is REALLY outta line; and then a new muffler which now resembles a half circle with a flat edge at the bottom...

My left leg is killing me, my neck hurts, and i'm getting head aches every so often, i think i either hit the roof or the window with my head really hard at some point...

and i just spent 3000 getting everything painted and fixed the first time....

so this time around i'm prolly lookin at about another 2000 or more this time around to get everything back in order.

UGH i'm so upset....

damn, man.. that sucks..

how tragic... i hope you recover fully. i know its an fc and all, but its still just a car and it can be fixed/replaced. be glad you escaped with your life.

regarding this story, it seems like your life is still pretty hectic atm, and updates arent really a high priority, so my suggestion would be to put this on an official hiatus and indicate its hiatus status in the thread title for the time being. only an idiot would be mad about you putting this story on hold. disappointed is understandable, but anyone who gives you attitude for it knowing what you're going through... just ignore those fools, man.

sucks to hear that RC - I spun my Civic(FF Oversteer FTW?!!?) not so long ago on down ramp during a rainy day, luckily spun into the grassy side and not into traffic.

Dude, go get yourself checked out somewhere. I was lucky in my last accident, but I still went anyway, just because of the nature of the accident:

My last gf and I were heading back to school after a weekend at her parents' place, and she slid the car sideways into the back of a semi... no ABS FTL in the snow! I was in the passenger seat, and only came out with scrapes. The plastic on the A-pillar attacked my chin, and that was my worst injury. Any degree of rotation in either direction would have been much worse.



Always get yourself checked, even if you feel fine. Some things won't show up until a month or so later. If you're already feeling pain, you need to go in.

Thats so bad to hear,so get some good rest and take your time to repair your fc 7and then you ill be able to think about the fanfic,and if a dumbass come here to flame you cause there is no update,we ill beat the crap out of him for you.
