Anyone have any idea how to obtain the initial d. net exclusive paint colors??

Yeah, go to an online machine and subscribe to D.NET. Then buy the colors from the tuning section as usual with points.

That's the only way I'm afraid.

Yeahhhhh unfortunately you're out of luck. You're best option is literally to buy a Japanese card with the car that already have the exclusive color you want.
